The article number is usually on a silver sticker, which you can find on the back or bottom of the appliance. For refrigerators, take a look inside first. For large models, the identification plate can often be found hanging on the inside, which means you do not have to move the refrigerator.
Always leave the article number in place when you unpack the product. It may come in handy later.
